Step 2: Benefits Check
During our initial chat with you or through the form below, we will collect details about your child’s insurance policy. This way, our dedicated Billing Coordinator can easily verify your insurance benefits, ensuring a smooth experience for you!
Step 3: Evaluation and Review Call
Once your benefits are confirmed and you’re ready to take the next step, we’re excited to schedule your child’s evaluation and arrange a video call to discuss the results with you. This is truly the highlight of collaborating with our team! You will receive a thorough review of what our evaluation process uncovers about your child, along with a tailored plan for support and intervention to help them thrive.
Step 4: Weekly Sessions
If your child requires intervention, we’re excited to help them on their journey! We will meet with them once or more a week for six months, and then reassess their progress. You’ll receive a personalized plan detailing their goals and strategies to support their growth at home. Additionally, we’ll reconnect over video conference or in person every three months to discuss their progress—looking back at where they started, celebrating their achievements, and planning for their future until they are ready to complete their plan!
